Muslim Miss USA (VIDEO) Mosque, Topless Body Paint, Dating Advice

Miss USA 'Mosque shouldn't be so close' to the World Trade Center (VIDEO) The reigning Miss USA told Inside Edition in an interview conducted while she is preparing to take part in the Miss Universe pageant that while she agreed with President Obama regarding the Constitutional right to 'freedom of religion,' she also thinks 'we should be concerned more with the tragedy than religion.'
"Fly high, President Obama," adds the pageant winner.
Fakih made news after she won the Miss USA contest when pictures of her participating in a pole dancing contest were published. She also says she fasted for Ramadan while preparing for Miss Universe.
She entered the Miss USA contest as Miss Michigan.

Speaking out boldly, Rima Fakih, 24, the self-proclaimed Muslim-Christian beauty has bravely come out in support of what many Americans believe - that the controversial Ground Zero mosque should not be built so close to the former World Trade Center site where 3,000 people were killed by Islamic extremists.
Lebanon-born Fakih is the first Muslim winner of the Miss USA contest, who also declared that she is a Christian.
Fakih also modeled a sexy outfit she dedicated to President Obama, saying, "Mr. President, the amazing costume I will wear during the Miss Universe pageant represents the celebration of life, liberty and all that is American... a tribute to your work to bring peace to the world."
The barely-there gold lamé outfit is a skimpy interpretation of the American eagle on the presidential seal featuring massive gold wings, and resembles Victoria's Secret stage outfits where the model's where huge angel wings."Fly high, President Obama," adds the pageant winner.

New Monkey Species 'Endangered' (Photo) Colombia: Less Than 250 Exist
A new monkey species isolated population is at risk due to the cutting of forests that are its home, says Conservation International, where they estimate less than 250 of the monkeys exist. Callicebus caquetensis is the size of a cat and has grayish-brown hair. What sets it apart from other types of titi monkey species is its lack of a white bar on the forehead. He also sports a bushy red beard that is frankly adorable.
But researchers say the new monkey species discovered in Colombia is struggling to survive because of deforestation.
The existence of the Caqueta titi monkey had been suspected for decades following a single reported sighting in the 1970s, but years of insurgent violence in the region made it too dangerous for scientists to visit the area, a Conservation International release said Friday. Finally in 2008, Javier Garcia, a research student and Caqueta native, was able to make an extensive survey of the region and discovered 13 populations of the Caqueta titi monkeys.Caqueta titi monkeys are similar in size to domestic house cats and have bushy red beards. Like most and perhaps all related titi species, they form monogamous, lifelong bonds and have been observed sitting together on tree branches with their tails entwined.
The species, struggling to survive as a result of deforestation and habitat fragmentation, fit the criteria to be classified as critically endangered as only a few hundred are believed to exist in the wild, Conservation International says.

KERANGKA PEMIKIRAN PENELITIAN
Apabila pasokan bahan baku sebuah pabrik crumb rubber berlangsung kontinu dan lancar maka operasional pabrik akan berlangsung lancar sehingga realisasi pencapaian kapasitas efektifnya tinggi atau dengan kata lain pabrik tersebut dapat mencapai tingkat efisiensi operasi yang tinggi. Realisasi kapasitas olah efektif pada tingkat “full capacity” akan menekan biaya pengolahan sehingga dicapai operasi dengan biaya rendah. Biaya operasi yang rendah dapat menjadi cost leader dan merupakan faktor daya saing yang meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam pembelian bahan baku (inbound logistic) dengan harga yang lebih tinggi agar kepuasan pemasok terpenuhi dan tingkat persediaan bahan baku berada dalam posisi yang optimal bagi perusahaan.
Hubungan baik dengan para pemasok bokar, pelayanan oleh pabrik yang memuaskan, rasa saling percaya yang mendalam antara pemasok dengan manajemen perusahaan dan tingkat harga pembelian bokar oleh pabrik yang bersaing merupakan faktor-faktor kunci dalam memperoleh loyalitas pemasok sebagai jaminan kontinuitas ketersediaan bahan baku. Tingkat persediaan bahan baku yang optimal akan menjamin kelangsungan operasi perusahaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan meningkatkan posisi tawar menawar perusahaan terhadap pemasok sehingga perusahaan berpeluang mendapatkan harga pembelian bahan baku yang lebih rendah. Sebaliknya, tingkat persediaan bahan baku yang minimal tidak menjamin kelangsungan operasi perusahaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan menurunkan posisi tawar menawar perusahaan terhadap pemasok sehingga perusahaan berpeluang mendapatkan harga pembelian bahan baku yang lebih tinggi demi menyelamatkan kelangsungan operasi dan pemenuhan kapasitas olah pabrik. Kondisi tersebut merupakan competitive advantage pabrik crumb rubber yang apabila digambarkan dalam bentuk mata rantai nilai adalah sebagaimana gambar 2 berikut.

Untuk melakukan analisis rantai nilai tersebut di atas diperlukan kerangka analisis rantai nilai sebagaimana gambar 3 berikut.

Competitive advantage pabrik crumb rubber merupakan hasil dari competitive strategy yang diimplementasikan secara efektif sehingga dalam jangka panjang hal tersebut menghasilkan sustainable competitive advantage. Kondisi ini diilustrasikan dalam gambar 4 berikut.

Tercapainya pemenuhan kapasitas olah efektif (full capacity) dalam operasi pabrik crumb rubber ditentukan oleh faktor (1) inbound logistic yaitu pasokan bokar dan (2) kinerja operasi mesin pabrik yang merupakan aktivitas primer serta dukungan kinerja sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang dipersyaratkan. Secara model kondisi tersebut tergambar sebagaimana gambar 5 berikut.

Analisis aktivitas primer menurut Hitt, Michael A, et all (2000) meliputi analisis pada aspek logistik dalam, operasi, logistik luar, penjualan dan pemasaran serta pelayanan. Bidang logistik dalam (INBOUND LOGISTIC) meliputi : 1. Sistem dan prosedur yang menghasilkan produk murah dalam membeli bahan baku; 2. Sistem yang sangat efisien untuk menghubungkan produk suplier dengan proses produksi perusahaan; 3. Ditempatkan dekat dengan suplier. Bidang operasi meliputi : 1. Skala pabrik yang efisien untuk meminimisir biaya pabrik; 2. Waktu pembelian assets; 3. Kebijakan pemilihan teknologi pabrik dan; 4. Ada pembelajaran. Bidang logistik luar (OUTBOND LOGISTIC) meliputi : 1. Jadwal distribusi yang menghemat biaya; 2. Pemilihan sarana transportasi dengan biaya rendah; 3. Besaran pesanan yang efisien dan 4. Saling hubungan dengan unit sekitarnya. Bidang penjualan dan pemasaran (SALES AND MARKETING) meliputi : 1. Tenaga penjual yang sedikit dan trampil; 2. Harga produk untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan; dan 3. Periklanan skope nasional. Sedangkan bidang pelayanan (SERVICE) meliputi pemasangan produk efektif untuk mengurangi frekwensi dan intensitas pemanggilan ulang.
